- Educators know that students live up to their expectations, and so it is with employees. In this highly interactive session, participants will learn about the positive impact of expecting every employee to be a leader. An organizational model called Leadership Culture provides a roadmap for turning employees into leaders. In addition, participants will practice using a tool that they can immediately use with managers to begin the shift to a Leadership Culture and raise performance.
