Why Innerworks Solutions, LLC formed
Mai Vu, Shariann Tom, and John Vercelli formed Innerworks Solutions to combine their love of coaching with their belief that the companies full of leaders will be the best performing financially and the most fun and rewarding to work within.

Some facts
Innerworks Solutions started as a partnership in 1997 and incorporated in 2000. Innerworks Solutions, LLC provides executive coaching and leadership development internationally to companies across a broad range of industries. Over the past six years, Innerworks Solutions has conducted programs at Clorox, Wells Fargo Bank, Deloitte and Touche (Canada), BP Amoco (UK), Xilinx, Bank of Montreal, and Delano Regional Medical Center.

The founders are all certified coaches with a combined twenty years of coaching experience and a combined twenty-five years of corporate experience.

Resources
Innerworks Solutions, LLC has program leaders and coaches based in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, British Colombia, Alberta, and the United Kingdom. Additional coaches are available in Japan and Western Europe.
