John Vercelli
Co-founder Innerworks Solutions, Master Certified Executive & Personal Coach
John draws on fifteen years in management and twelve years as an executive coach to guide organizations to living a leadership culture.
John received his Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology and Master's Degree in Education from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University. Prior to his career in coaching John worked as a manufacturing engineer, production manager, and Director of Quality. After completing his coaching certification at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), he became a trainer for CTI in both the coach training programs and the year-long leadership program.
A master certified coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation,
John has led, designed and delivered leadership programs nationally and internationally for over ten years. John designs programs, for large and mid-sized companies that prepare the participants for the actual challenges on the job.

Shariann Tom
Co-founder Innerworks Solutions, Certified Executive & Personal Coach
A three-time cancer survivor, Shariann has over 16 years of corporate and five-plus years of coaching experience. Also a perennial entrepreneur, she advocates that people are both key resources and the heart of a company. Her zest for life is ever-present whether speaking in front of a group or training within an organization.
During her years of corporate experience at Fortune 500 companies including MCI, Visa Int'l, Charles Schwab and Bank of America, Shariann has held management positions in sales, marketing, and business development. She brings an understanding of the nuances of day-to-day business operations and its effect on an individual's need to maintain their uniqueness and dreams. Shariann's background has also instilled in her the continual need for companies to nurture their most valuable assets their people.
Shariann received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University and her coaching certification from Coaches Training Institute's (CTI). She holds workshops for cancer survivors, leads a course titled "From Surviving to Thriving: Creating and Living a Richer Life" and is very active in the cancer survivor and support community. Shariann is a firm believer that "it's the journey that counts." She brings this attitude to both corporations and individuals.

Mai Vu
CEO & Co-founder Innerworks Solutions, Master Coach
At the core, Mai's roots are in Vietnam and she came to the United States as a Boat Person. That experience clearly defined her and how she sees the world. It instilled courage, commitment to a meaningful life, and the importance of building community as core values for Mai at a young age.
At the next level of importance to Mai is her role as mother to her two-year old daughter and as wife and partner to her husband of 10 years. In interacting with Mai, you will learn that she is a woman of grit, rigor, and love. These two people are her teachers.
Mai gets to work with amazing people at a deep level of connection through coaching and delivering leadership development programs that she and her partners designed. Whether she is presenting, training, coaching, or leading a workshop, Mai is able to draw on all of her experiences including her engineering, organizational development and corporate background. She has a passion to bring out the leader in people at work so that they can be alive, creative and authentic.
During her seven years as a professional executive and personal coach she has participated as a Board Member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF). She is a member of the National Training Laboratory Institute (NTL).
Mai received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from John F Kennedy University, and a coaching certificate from the Coaches Training Institute.
